IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We are very sorry to inform you that we are unfortunately withdrawing the virtual attendance option for EGC1 in Aberdeen. This is not a decision that we have taken lightly; the demand for these virtual tickets has been significantly less than anticipated and as such we are unable to resource it effectively. However, we will still be using video capture for all the talks that have given us permission to do so and will be making these available to all registered delegates post-event.

 

Registration fees

Rates will be determined by which phase of the EGC 2023 Booking Cycle you make your purchase in.
Please note: all GESGB / GSL member registrations will be reviewed by the relevant organisation.

Registration (Physical)

All ticket fees include:

• Three day ticket
• Full access to the technical programme (oral and poster)
• Abstract book (digital)
• Event guide (digital)
• Lunch and refreshments (16-18 May)
• Networking drinks reception (16 May)
• Access to the recordings of available presentations (post-event) *
• Discount on EGC proceedings volume

 

* On-demand video content will be progressively made available to registered delegates in the weeks immediately following the event.
EGC1 delegates will be notified via email when the recordings are available to view.

 

Corporate group bookings

Discounted rate for company group bookings of 8+ registrations available. Please email events@ges-gb.org.uk with details of your booking.

Student and concessionary rates

Limited number of student and concessionary tickets available. Please submit your request by emailing events@ges-gb.org.uk. Proof of status is required.

Please note: due to high demand, we are currently operating a waiting list for student registrations. If places become available, they will be offered to students on a first come first served basis. From 16 March 2023, students will have the opportunity to book an online ticket which will provide access to the majority of the technical programme via the live stream. Please contact events@ges-gb.org.uk if you wish to book an online ticket. Proof of status is required.

Field trips and workshops

You must be a confirmed EGC1 attendee to register for the field trips and workshops. You will be required to purchase a separate ticket for your chosen event HERE.
